Really good Hospitality and Fine Views

The staff greeted me with warm smiles and great hospitality upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth and very efficient. The lady at the reception gave me a complete briefing of all available facilities. The view from my room was lovely showing mountains.
There should be more options for breakfast, particularly for tourists.

Breakfast was well presented and also quite delicious including little touches to the scrambled eggs and omelet. I had dinner at the hotel once and it was superb with fresh ingredients. The hotel offered a taste of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine.

The hotel is located up the hill with calm surroundings where one can hear animals. There is a small pool, a sauna and a hammam. I found sanctuary at the hotel, and it was a perfect base to explore nearby attractions.

I stayed in a Superior Mountain View Balcony room and it was very spacious and nice. The bed was comfortable ensuring a restful night's sleep. There was also a beautiful view that greeted me in the morning from the balcony.

An okay stay. Nothing special

dirty poolspringy bed
The pool wasn't what i expected. bushes grew so high, the view disappeared. leaves floated around. Nobody cleaned it. the bed was also awful. springs poked me all night. maybe i expected too much. the staff were nice. but nice staff don't fix a bad bed.

okay location and food are good

the staff greeted me with smiles. the check-in went so smooth. the bed i slept in was comfy, i tell you. i loved the view from the mountains though.
my room it felt, was kinda poor. the bathroom was tiny and i felt the bath looked tired. i thought the receptionist person was not helpful when i complain about the room. it did not meet my expectation in relation to the money i paid.

The staff greeted us warmly. the check-in was smooth. the hotel manager met us during check-in, our stay, and check-out. the bed was comfortable. It ensured a restful sleep.
i noticed lots of stairs to access the room. this might be difficult for some people.
